| Introduction | I am mama to a spunky little almost three-year-old girl. Parenting is my greatest joy. I am trying to figure out how to be the mindful parent and person I want to be, and how to live a life of wellness. I am entering my eighth year of teaching high school English, my other source of joy and pride. It gets a little messy, but it's a pretty cool journey I'm on.
