I'm a displaced American who has chosen to live in Canada. My family and I have lived here for 10 years and while we love the United States, we feel blessed to live here. My wife, Dianne, and I will have been married for 25 years in June 08. We have three daugthers, Alexa, Lauren and Makenzie. All 3 live at home. We also have a dog, Kramer. I'm a follower of Jesus and am committed to living my life in obedience to His Word, the Bible. I'm a political junky who loves to write. My opinions are formed from a moderate political point of view that is heavily influenced by my discipleship with Jesus.

• I recently saw The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Valkyrie. Benjamin Button was touching and moving. Valkyrie was not as edge of the seat as I thought it might be
• but it certainly had me thinking about the possibilities of what could have been had Hitler been stopped. I enjoy old classics - Humphry Bogart

• I am a huge Mark Knopfler and Dire Straits fan. I just downloaded on my ipod Dire Straits live album Alchemy. Great album!
