| Introduction | Adoption Timeline: 6/3/10 - Registration Sent 6/7/10 - Received and Started Application packet for The Marshall Island's 6/15/10 - Finished on-line trainings and Application packet 6/17/10 - Adoption Workshop Complete 7/1/2010 - Application Officially Completed and submitted. 8/4/2010 - First HomeStudy visit done 8/26/2010 - Home Visit Complete 9/9/2010 - Home Study complete and approved! Parts of Dossier and home Study on their way to the Marshall Islands. 9/20/2010 - officially waiting for our referral! Still waiting on immigration and FBI approval. 10/8/2010 - RECIEVED OUR REFERRAL FOR 1 MONTH OLD EMITA! We will name her Noemi Emita. 11/29/2010 - Received our Court Date- time to fly out! 12/9/2010- Flew out to the RMI! 12/15/2010- Emita Hemty is officially Noemi Emita Nilsson and OUR DAUGHTER! 1/12/2011-We returned home a family of 3 =D |
