| Introduction | I am a work at home mom of four wonderful children. I started working at home when my son was born 10 weeks early. My son was diagnosed in 2010 with autism. Everyday is a little different and sometimes we don't know what to expect. We take one day at a time and are thankful for them all. (Good and Bad) I volunteer for the March of Dimes and raise money for autism awareness. I only heard of autism before my son was diagnosed. I never knew anyone close to me that was diagnosed. I was very surprised to learn the statistics of one in every 91 children just in the USA has autism. It amazes me how little research is being done to help these children with the statistics being so high. |
