| Introduction | The WHO: Hi, I’m Smita and welcome to Gourmet Post. I am a banker and I love to cook and bake. Born and brought up in “Pink-City” – Jaipur, I am currently residing in Bangalore for past two and a half years. Cooking is fun and it started as a kid when I used to stand alongside my mom and my aunt learning to make a simple sandwich for tiffin, a glass of cold coffee in the evenings to preparing Indian curries and occasional continental dishes as I grew up. Baking was a rare affair at home but that didn’t dampen the spirit, all I needed was some inspiration. My first cook book came to my rescue and there was no looking back. |
