About Me

Welcome to my fitness blog. I am the owner of a small gym that caters mainly to women, called The Fitness Connection. I offer more than 30 hours of one-on-one or group fitness training each week as well as Yoga classes on Sat. mornings. The Group sessions are especially successful because you receive personal fitness training for a group rate that makes it affordable yet just as effective as one-on-one personal training. This blog is a free perk designed to reach as many women as possible. My mission is to turn women on to fitness. I know for a fact that working out regularly & eating properly gets you healthy and fit and the side benefit is a trim, strong body. I hope that my blog will spread the message. I plan to share my opinions about fitness, losing weight/fat, healthy eating and just general health information. But I'm sure I will surprise you with commentary on other subjects that may strike me as relevant. I hope you enjoy reading my blog and please feel free to comment.
