| Introduction | I'm 29, from Ontario, Canada. When I was younger I would write my thoughts down in a journal, but for some reason that stopped several years ago. Coincidently, I have gained most of my weight in the years since. I guess I replaced my journal with food. I'm hoping that by 'typing' out my thoughts and feelings blogger style, once again it will help me cope with day to day life and with my weight loss journey. |
