Introduction | I am a Certified Triathlon and Run coach with a true passion for swimming, biking and running. As a coached athlete myself, I have lived and learned what it takes to be a coach that can benefit all types of athletes. I live in Maine with my husband of 18 years and together we are are raising three incredible boys. I coach athletes around the country and locally. I am a very experienced Triathlete with 9 Ironmans completed. I competed in the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii in 2009 and 2011 (7th age group) , and 2014 (18th age group, 5th American in 40-44age group.) and in 2016 finishing as the 9th woman in the 45-49 age group, 3rd American. I began my athletic life as a competitive swimmer. I am also an accomplished runner with 11 marathons on my resume including Boston twice and Chicago and a PR of 3:10 at the Charleston Marathon in 2011 with a 3rd overall win that year. I am here to help you achieve your goals. |
