| Introduction | My husband Paul W. Butrym pass on May 18th 2--8 and this was his class. I have keep this class going in his memory and I do this for donations only. This helps me to keep going everyday and remember how precious life is. Please come join us at north beach Mon - Fri at 6am. 3 days of strength training and 2 days of cardio. I provide the weights. Please bring water, mat and in the summer bug spray. Oorah! |
