Introduction	I am a licensed, professional counselor with a relaxed, friendly style. My experience is with a vast variety of problems and populations. Currently I work with adults and adolescents. I also do some couples counseling in addition to the individual work. I will look at the person's presenting problem from many angles---that is a creative process for me. I believe that the relationship between the patient and the therapist is key. I enjoy seeing insights occur and partnering with people as they change. But, I don't expect a certain end-result; all I care about is that the person sincerely tries.------- I am licensed by the state of California as an L.M.F.T. (licensed marriage and family therapist), I am a lifetime CAMFT (professional association) member and a CAMFT Certified Supervisor (I have supervised interns). I have been in private practice for 20 + years. I also worked as a clinical supervisor for Tri-Cities Discovery Center and The Battered Women's Alternative as well as employing licensed therapists and interns in my practice. Currently, I am a solo practitioner.
