Introduction	I love food. So much, in fact, I had to have VSG (a form of weight loss surgery). However, VSG has not curtailed my love of food and of discovering new restaurants that serve wonderful food. I'm lucky to have a partner who's always willing to split an entree with me and polish off whatever I can't finish. I decided to start this blog because I was frustrated with the lack of restaurant reviews here in Santa Fe. There are some great reviews to be found on Gil Garduno's website, www.nmgastronome.com, but he primarily reviews Albuquerque restaurants. So I thought I'd give this food review thing a try.
