Introduction	I've enjoyed 26yrs' broadcasting, 12yrs with the Artillery (awarded EM and NZDSM), managed a UK wine shop for 2yrs, owned a small business for 5½ yrs, hold a Grad. Diploma in Public Relations and Communication...and I'm a stirrer! Love whales, wine, whitewater rafting, photography, movies, Egypt, cooking... I'm interested in the global village, but worried about the mess we're making of it.
Favorite Movies	"Forrest Gump", "Saving Private Ryan", "Apollo 13", (actually just about anything with Tom Hanks!), "Blood Diamond", "Die Hard" and "Jason Bourne" series, the latest James Bond - Daniel Craig, "Edge Of Darkness" (the UK series not the US film), all the series of "24"!
Favorite Music	Steely Dan, Peter Gabriel, Doobie Brothers, Roxy Music, Eagles...basically most of the "classic" 70s/80s artists that shaped modern music...Kate Bush, John Mayer and of course Adele!
Favorite Books	"An Extraordinary Life" - the authorised biography of Sir Edmund Hillary, all the 'Jack Ryan' books by Tom Clancy, Craig Thomas writes good spy thrillers, and Lee Child's 'Jack Reacher' thrillers too.
