Introduction Ohhh gosh...where to start! About 3 yrs ago I tasted my first gluten free pizza and about gagged...really! It tasted worse than what I think cardboard would taste like and had a horrible aftertaste, sorta like bad medicine. I got into my kitchen and began working with gf flours and about 6 months later came up with my own gf blends that make gf cooking/baking a snap!
