| Introduction | I have been in the stockbroking vicinity for more than 14 years now; in the beginning (1989-90), even before I first joined the Securities industry in 1993 at management level, I have already worked in the back office or settlement division in a stockbroking firm for less than a year, giving me more exposure into the total infrastructure of the equity market. I had my base experience of on the job training in stockbroking firm being a Dealer representative for the first 5 years, servicing all sorts of cliental from retail high net worth to foreign institutional clients (1993 to 1998). Then approximately more than 9 years serving mostly GLC funds and other local funds too, I was then also involved doing some put through deals to Corporate Finance for debt raising and advisory jobs. After years of working now I feel the urge to record my gut feeling on the market and some Corporate Finance & Advisory work and related products and services.
