Transformational moments of peace that cleanse and end in laughing out loud, the joy of family gatherings and the peaceful reflections of solitude, the ecstasy of love, and the exponential growth of grief and loss. The spiritual highs of Kundalini yoga and the therapy that comes from walking outside, the nourishment I find in the opulence of a 5-star hotel or the grandeur of nature, the restorative property of an afternoon nap or a romantic movie, random acts of kindness and sharing of a smile, the power of money to build or destroy, pedicures, and people watching, bookstores and kisses, experimenting with Life and manifesting riches, and then to discover the prosperity of “peace” through the absence of fear. |
