I'm a twenty-one-year-old vegan and Environmental Analysis major at Pomona College whose idea of heaven is a good book, a soy latte, and a toasty vegan scone...or muffin (or scuffin!) This is my virtual little cuppa, to laugh, cry, chat, and, I daresay, share recipes. Ms. Austen might claim that "A large income is the best recipe for happiness I ever heard of," but I think it may just be a delicious vegan meal.
