Introduction	I love to bake! Even more than I love to bake, I love to make the things that I bake look beautiful and decadent. It's all about the presentation for me! This blog is a journal of sorts, of my journey to becoming all that I could ever want to be and more in the world of baking and cake decorating. I will post recipes and tips as I come across them, as well as share with you my creations. I am definately a novice cake decorator, so this is an opportunity for me to share what I am learning and receive feedback and tips from all of my readers. Now as you can see, the title of this blog is "The Chocolate Kitchen", as I love chocolate. Of course, not every recipe or creation will have to do with chocolate, but I will be making every attempt to include it as much as possible.
