I grew up with two sisters in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains in California (hence my blog name Gold Country Girls) I LOVE vintage and antique items, and collecting, shopping for and using old items instead of new whenever possible. I also love music, love to sing, and am rather a TV and movie addict! And last, but certainly not least - I love Disneyland and cats. I have worked as a waitress and as a rural mail carrier, and I live with my husband of 14 years and our beloved kitty in the home where he grew up. (My husband, not the cat!)
