I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Microbiology & Immunology and the Institute for Genome Sciences at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. My research is focused on three main areas: Human metagenomics and microbial genomics, High-density microarrays and Chemical genomics.
