|Introduction||I graduated from U.B.C in 2007 with a Bachelor's of Human Kinetics. I have been personal training ever since and have loved every minute of it. I love seeing people do things that they never thought was possible. Whether it's their first pull-up or their first marathon, there is a challenge for everyone. I am a certified lactate tester through FaCT Canada. I have been heart rate training for 3 years now and it has completely changed/shaped my training. Using heart rate as a training tool has allowed me to take my running to the next level. I now have a way to measure my performance and whether or not my training is helping or hindering it.|
