I'm 45 married to Mr Cinders for 21 years. We have 3 kids, Sam is 20 and at Uni. Rachel is 17 studying her A levels and Josh is 13 studying how to be a typical teenager!. We have 2 delightful cats Sox and Cinders hence the blog name! and I'm a crazy U2 Fan!!! I spend my life trying not to be defeated by Fibromyalgia and knitting and dyeing yarns. recently I discovered spinning-on a wheel that is not in a gym!!!
