What's the earliest you've gotten up to watch cartoons and what did you see?
Morning cartoons and I haven't really seen eye to eye in years, so I'll tailor this response to my own version of the question. Some of the most disturbing television I have ever seen was on around the 5-7am mark, almost always on Sunday mornings. Demonic children and drunken QVC hosts never fail to make an impression.
