Introduction	Born English but have lived in America for 37 years, now proudly a US Citizen but as the old saying goes and as Gregg occasionally tells me, you can take the girl out of England but you can never take England out of the girl.
Interests	Photography is my all-time favorite hobby and I get great enjoyment out of taking photos of flowers, wildlife and nature in general. In my spare time you will find me out with my husband Gregg walking around parks, gardens and nature reserves. We love to travel when time allows and we both look forward to the day when Gregg retires, so that we can do a lot more of that. Other hobbies I have are reading, cooking (when I am in the mood), playing on the computer, going to the movies and watching a little TV. I enjoy my own company but I also love getting together with family and friends. I like to stay in touch when time gets in the way of letter-writing. One of the reasons I like blogging so much, it’s a chance for people to just pop in and see what we’ve been up to, and through blogging I’ve met a lot of wonderful people I now call friend.
Favorite Movies	Do you remember the movie 'Breaking Away' made in 1979? I've watched it several times over the years and is one of my favorites. I like all kinds of movies, though nothing too over the top.
Favorite Music	All across the board, oldies, some country and western, opera, the classics, and I enjoy listening to folk music from other countries.
Favorite Books	I have thoroughly enjoyed reading the Amande Gamache series by Louise Penny, and have also enjoyed the exploits of Agatha Raisin and a Scottish policeman, Hamish MacBeth by M. C. Beaton. I enjoy reading biographies, poetry and anything about wildlife, travel, and history.
