| Introduction | Life has always been a rollercoaster ride for me. However, in recent years the rollercoaster car seemed to have come off the track. I found myself faced with single-parenthood, moved to a new state, finished college at the ripe old age of 36, began to work full time ~ and the list goes on... Now the car is back on the track ~ and I'm ready for the ride. With a new life and a new attitude, I want to feel and look as good as I can. I'm learning so much, and so quickly. It's amazing and I simply want to share it. So, here I go... |
