| Introduction | I have been involved in leading and operating businesses for over 25 years. An entrepreneur at heart, my professional experience has been focused in businesses specializing in healthcare, leadership, service and distribution. I have led a third generation family business as well as new business start-ups where I have participated in industry consolidations and business acquisitions. A positive and compelling influence in my life has been faithful and experienced mentors who have invested greatly in me. As a result, one of my passions is coaching and mentoring young leaders and helping them on their journey both professionally and personally. The best part of me is Vickey, my wife of almost 30 years. At our home church, we regularly teach young couples on the biblical principles for marriage and family. We have two great children. I love to go to the mountains and fly-fish. |
