Introduction Kostika Çollaku (Korçë, July 4th 1989) is a composer of contemporary classical music based in Thessaloniki, Greece. Among his compositions he has composed also music for movies, animations and theatrical plays. In 2013 his composition Vocalise for Nine Voices (a cappella) was performed at Thessaloniki’s Concert Hall. He has graduated from IIEK (Private Institute of Vocational Training) PASTER, specializing in Music with Technology with a diplomatic thesis on 'Music and Image'. He took piano lessons and the degree of Expert in Harmony from the Conservatoire of Northern Greece. In 2009, he won two awards and a distinction in the 7th International Composition Competition held by the Foudoulis Conservatory in collaboration with the International Art Society and Academy. Also he acquired a composition award at the InterArtia Festival in 2009, in the category 'Music for Animated Video'. He is a member of the Mixed Choir of Thessaloniki since 2011.
