I work for the UK communications regulator Ofcom. I'm interested in all sorts of stuff, some of which is connected to the above, some - such as a fixation with the state of my lawn - is not.

I live in Hertfordshire with my wife Claire and our two badly behaved children. But I retain close links with Wales, a place I used to call home and where my family still lives. I write WelshPoliticalHistory.com, a site that looks at historical claims in modern Welsh political debate.
