| Introduction | I am a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill (GO HEELS!!) and I also have a Masters degree from another southeastern university. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 8 years, and I love him more now than I did when I first met him. I am a counselor who has worked mainly with children and adolescents. No children of my own yet - that is a theme I'm sure you'll see as this blog progresses! The sunflower connection comes from the fact that I am trying to bloom and grow and become who I really am. Since my mom's all about accessorizing, I would make her a tasteful necklace. Will she like it? To use a quote from my mom, "you could give me a bag of dirt and I'd like it". Now, THAT'S the kind of mother I hope to be someday!
