Introduction	At the moment, I'm in the middle of accidentally starting up a small baking business - YIKES! I'm also about to start college (as a NUTRITION major - go figure!), in a different city, while I have a brand new job supplying cookies to a cafe here! I'll work things out with that, but right now I am just trying to hone in on my culinary skills, for business purposes and personal satisfaction. Hello, blog =)
Interests	Baking - improving my recipes and my ability to invent new ones, reading, learning to read Arabic, improving my spanish, BIKING <3, walking all over the place, learning qur'an, and coming up with new things to make for dinner all the time =)
Favorite Music	I don't listen to music but I listen to nasheeds (islamic songs) that don't include instruments by: Mishary Al Afasy, Junaid Jamshed, and Ahmed Bukhatir...with a little Zain Bhikha, Dawud Wharnsby, and Yusuf Islam thrown in (but they use instruments in some of their nasheeds, which I resent...if you have a good message, why ruin it with forbidden instruments???). I also listen to qur'an recitations, mostly by Muhammad al-lohaidan and Mishary Al Afasy.
Favorite Books	The qur'an, Minhaj al muslim, ANYTHING BY AGATHA CHRISTIE, Mary Higgins Clark books (though some of hers become redundant), The Cat Who...Series, the Inkheart series, the Artemis Fowl series, Harry Potter (derfff), and ummm DID I MENTION AGATHA CHRISTIE?? =D
