Gary Nava, Luthier

About Me

Hi, I’m Gary Nava, a Luthier (guitar maker). I make guitars, mandolins and other fretted instruments entirely by myself and by hand. I am now based in a converted Methodist Chapel the Norfolk countryside, after a recent move from Twickenham, West London. I made my first guitar when I was 14 and then went on to study instrument making at the London College of Furniture, during the 1970’s. I’ve been making them ever since! My intention is to give you an insight to what goes on in my workshop.
