| Introduction | Born in Buxton, Maine, I have lived in Maine for all but two years of my life. My favorite season is spring, though in each season there is a lot to enjoy. Having lived 50 miles inland for over 15 years, I am glad to be back living in the Saco/Kennebunk area where I grew up. I love living so much closer to the ocean, and enjoy keeping in contact with my children and grandchildren, who all live within 1 1/2 hours of me. Also I enjoy writing letters to friends and family, and doing some volunteer work, and I enjoy mowing the lawn and shoveling snow. Lawn mowing is best; when I don't get a chance to do so, I can still get out of the driveway, whereas with snow....... The local library is one of my favorite spots to browse through. |
