| Introduction | Hello! I'm Maggie Cubbler-world-traveler, food-lover, wine-drinker, life-liver, and aspiring photographer. I laugh a lot. I can be really silly. Kids love me. I sing made-up songs to my dog. Dig deeper and you'll see that I find something awe-inspiring in everything. This world, this life-everything is a gift. Our world is too big and awesome to fully comprehend. I find myself paralyzed by thoughts that are too big for me. It is the simple things in life where I find the most joy. A sip of wine, a day at the beach with nothing but a towel, or a rainy day watching football makes me happy. I have made a promise to myself and my husband to find happiness and express gratitude for the things that are truly special. Therefore, I am passionate about making a lifestyle change that strays from the norm of rat-race, malls, and "stuff." I choose to support local merchants as opposed to companies that really have no vested interest in the community in which I live. I choose to eat foods that are similar to what my great-grandparents would have eaten. I choose to live valuably as opposed to cheaply-quality not quantity. |
