| Introduction | I am an architect and a design strategist with the office of the CEO at SAP. I am also an adjunct faculty at Santa Clara University and San Jose State University with the department of computer engineering teaching graduate classes. I have deep roots and interests in enterprise computing. I practice design thinking and I am very passionate about the influence of technology architecture in the user-centered design. My technical architecture background helps me understand and practice technical aspects of software and design background makes me practice design-led innovation day in and day out.
