About Me
I was born in 1938 and I still wonder: "what will I be when I grow up?" I don't know the specifics but I'm sure that I'll continue to be a voice for the trees -- a work that began over 20 years ago in Oregon. Nowadays, I continue serving the Queen of the Forest along the path of Santo Daime. My place, Vila Fortaleza, is in Brazil, in the State of Acre and its community is my "special friend". Brazilians have a saying for when someone is very special -- they say, "it is a picture." So here I am making pictures and doing this blog.
