About Me
I’m currently a pregnant, stay at home Mom living in Houston, Texas with my husband of 5 years, our 3 year old daughter and a very old dog and cat that have been with me 11 and 17 years. We recently moved from the SF Bay Area where both of us had spent the larger part of our childhoods growing up. We met in Chico (yeah Chico!) on a Frisbee field where I swept him off his feet in my sexy black soccer shorts and cleats. I’ve always been a Writer and have almost 25 years of journals I don’t know what to do with to prove it. I majored in English at Chico State. Following college, I worked in Human Resources as a Generalist and Recruiter. I have a history of job hopping on account of a restless itch to wander and an insatiable sense of “what’s the point?” Why do they make work offices and cubicles so grey anyway? This blog is a place to chronicle my life, share my thoughts and feelings and connect with kindred spirits.
