Introduction	I am a Pastry Chef Instructor at a small college in Texas, I currently have 16 students in my classes;I would have never have picked it for a profession but amazingly I love it.
Interests	Just got back from a Fall trip to Rome with my family, husband, son and daughter for 8 days. It was my favorite destination so far and I have traveled to Hawaii (honeymoon), New York (3) Mexico, Cayman Islands, Belize, Jamaica, Cozumel, California (born there), Nevada (5), Washington, D. C. (4), San Francisco, Oklahoma, Florida (lived), Mississippi (lived), Missouri (lived), Texas (lived), Catalina, Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisana, Long Island.
Favorite Movies	All about Eve, Gidget Goes Hawaiian, The Shawshank Redemption
Favorite Music	I like random music, some oldies but goodies but also jazz and the blues. I like music with lyrics that mean something and make me feel what the artist was saying. Everything else is just noise.
Favorite Books	To kill a mockingbird, Gone with the wind, The Stand
