| Introduction | My darling Roger was taken from me to be with his Heavenly Father (which is far better) on 15 December 2011 and a well fought fight with Motor Neurone Disease (ALS/Lou Gehrig's Disease). He was diagnosed in August 2009. A Thanksgiving Service for his life was held on Tuesday 20 December 2011 and Roger would have been well pleased with the service he had organized. I will continue to share a little of my thoughts before I go back to Gaynor's World and my continued adventures. |
| Interests | Walking, riding the trains, cycling, reading, sharing coffee/tea with friends (and soon to be friends!), travelling, dinner with friends. |
| Favorite books | Roger and I have been married 34 years (2010) and have moved to Perth, Australia after living in Schopfheim, Germany for 4 1/2 years. Roger was an Anglican minister until we moved to minister in Basel, Switzerland. What an adventure. In August 2009 Roger was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (ALS) and we now want to share our journey with you. We both have a strong faith in a Living God who we love and continue to serve. Our times are in His hands. |
