Introduction | I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in Sept. 2010. I sought a second opinion two weeks later and tested negative. Foolishly I resumed my gluten eating life. Six months later my symptoms returned. I found a new doctor and was retested in April 2011. I am happily gluten free since April 14, 2011. Here are some of the discoveries I have made in NYC. I hope this can help other Celiacs in the Big Apple. Disclaimer: I am not an endorsing or advertising any estabnlishment I review and I could be a billion percent wrong in stating what I believe to be true. This is just a blog about my experiences trying to find a decent gluten free meal in NYC. If I can help others find good food along the way it's just a bonus. |
