About Me

Aneace Haddad (email me here) has been in the payments industry for 25 years. He has been a board chairman for the past 16 years, first with a marketing technology company he founded in Paris in 1992, then, since 1996, with Welcome Real-time, a payment technology company he founded in Aix-en-Provence, France. Today, Welcome is a global provider of payment software with bank customers in 21 countries, revenues growing at 50% per year and 140 employees in Aix-en-Provence, Paris, Sao Paulo and Singapore. In a management buyout in 2007, AXA Private Equity acquired the majority of the shares of Welcome from the founding investors. Aneace is the author of two payment card strategy books and numerous articles, and is a frequent speaker at conferences around the world. A truly multi-cultural individual, Aneace is a US citizen who has lived and worked across the US, Europe, the Middle-East and Asia and speaks several languages.
