About me

Introduction I cook a lot and so I never wanted to dumb down or simplify what I like so I could get my kids to eat. I don't think that works well anyway. I also like to feed my friends (who often happen to be the parents of my kids' friends) I want to have big platters of delicious family style food that everyone likes. So I turn to Alice Waters, Rose Grey and Ruth Rogers, Lidia Bastianich, Marcella Hazan, various grilling books, anything Indian or Vietnamese. Who wouldn't want to eat that? When I talk about food with friends they say - teach me how to make that! It sounds so good. I wonder if this will help?
