About me:I am currently Chicago based and work as a model.After spending many years growing up with depression and anxiety,a point came where enough was enough.And,so then,in 2009,i accidentally discovered meditation and truly "found" God. Many changes in my life came from this and everyday i live a life filled with gratitude. I no longer suffer from depression and my anxieties dramatically decreased. In this blog,i will share what's worked for me including the study of meditation,yoga,chakras,solution focused principles for success,subjective reality,law of attraction and more.
