| Introduction | I was born and raised in a Christian home as a pastors son. I have moved away from experiencial theology but am not harsh toward those who believe in that manner. I am a single dad who raised four kids into adulthood, all responsible adults, and intend to invest the rest of my life in ministry for Christ and service to His will. I am a recovered alcoholic who sobered up in AA but now attend and minister through Celebrate Recovery as well as occasional AA meetings. I am the Christian Education / Discipleship Ministries Leader for the church I am a member of which is a Baptist church that now affiliates with the Southern Baptist Convention. I am currently studying philosophy and want to learn more physics/mathmatics... it's not my forte'... what do they say, pain is the pathway to progress? I am a drummer and have played semi-professionally in both the studio and live. It is my prayer that God will allow me the great pleasure of becoming smaller so He can be seen as bigger in my life for His glory alone. |
