| Interests | I have been doing restoration carpentry, building design, and construction contracting for a long time - first in New England and now here in Ocracoke. I am a North Carolina Licensed General Contractor doing business as LANDMARK BUILDING AND DESIGN. We specialize in working on existing homes - restoration, major remodel, additions, structural repair, building design, and construction management. We also design and build new homes, and we do commercial work. People ask if I only do restoration and the answer is "no we do everything - almost. There are some things we won't do like vinyl siding and hollow core doors. What we do is quality design and project planning, quality work, and quality project management." My Connecticut business is continuing in my absence competently managed by my partners there. |
