| Introduction | Just a girl navigating her way through this crazy life of living with multiple (yes, I said multiple) mental illnesses. I’ve experienced a lot in the last few years of living with these diagnoses. I went through a traumatic time in the summer of 2014 that completely re-shaped my life. I wasn’t sure I was going to get through it but by the grace of God and the love and support from my family and friends I was able to make it to the other side. I am by no means an expert when it comes to mental illness or mental health for that matter, but all I know is what I have entailed and the obstacles that I have faced throughout my lifetime. I have created this blog to hopefully reassure people that they are not alone in this journey and will always have an ally within me in this what seems like a never-ending fight. |
