Introduction	Hello my name is Kouper Shane. I was born on Thanksgiving November 22 2007 at 5:29 p.m. and I weighed 6 lbs. 3 ozs. and was 20 inches long. I was born with only one kidney, several heart defects, one eye, scoliosis, hydronephrosis and a bladder diverticulum. I'm now a healthy two year old and am loving life, join me on my journey! I have one fabulous big brother, Kayson and now a baby brother too, Kylar!
