About Me
I've been artistically inclined since I was very young. I created sculpture and drew and painted and went on to attend a 3 year program at New England School of Art in Boston. In 1994 I took a studio in an old factory building and have been actively involved in painting and showing my work since then. Once introduced to the Blogosphere, I became inspired by Duane Keiser's A Painting A Day blog and began my Just Painting blog. It's my way of staying inspired because I know there are people looking at my work. I'm also very fortunate to have the support of my husband Don who feeds my gypsy soul by taking us, which includes two cats, to Nova Scotia,(2 weeks in the Summer)Cancun,Mexico (a week in the Fall-no cats) and Naples, Florida, January through May. I am always looking at the world through a painter's eyes. If I'm not painting, I'm thinking about it or reading about it.
