| Introduction | My name is Charlotte, I am founder of Paleo Beautiful. I launched this site because I became very interested in learning about natural, home made beauty products. I have inspired many people to eat a healthy Paleo type diet and use natural beauty products. I started this mission because I have a ton of long, naturally curly hair, and at the time I began transitioning to Paleo I had no idea what I could use to replace the conditioner that I comb my hair with, and what types of moisturizers I could leave on that were actually beneficial to my overall health and my children's. So then I started doing my research, and I have launched this site, not as an expert, but as a researcher, like you, who wants to be able to look my best while taking good care of my overall physical health. The great news is that the products I recommend will save you money if you are doing the Paleo Diet, because they are multi-purpose, and they are not only great for your health, I have found them to be far more effective, both by experience and research. |
