| Introduction | I'm a wife, mother, postKatrina recovery activist and the breadwinner for my family. I live in New Orleans and have all my life. But I've also traveled quite extensively. In all my travels I have never found a place as wonderfully interesting as my hometown. It's the most European city in America and definitely has a unique energy. My college training is in the sciences and the scientific approach colors the way I look at things and learn. When I look at what quantum physics tells us today, I have to work really hard not to see the metaphysical connections. As Arthur C. Clarke said, "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." I've practiced Stregheria since 1995 and became a 3rd Degree Priestess in October 2007. |
