About Me

I'm a Singaporean Chinese and naturally Chinese food is the regular on our dinner table. Occasionally, I will try making new Türkish dishes to satisfy my better half with some comfort food that reminds him of home that is a million miles away. On top of that, when I feel DARING enough to venture into other cuisines, I give it a shot. While I can't say it always turn out good, most of the time it is edible. Baking-wise, I make homemade bread at least every other Sunday. When intake is high, I usually make it every Sunday since my husband came from a bread-and-cheese culture. Other than bread which I bake regularly, I like to expand my repertoire but some just look so daunting. That is why I'm part of the Daring Bakers community to push myself further.
