| Introduction | I do technical writing for a living. I write instructions on how to use software and I advise other people who are writing instructions on how to use software. At night, I get to choose what I write about. I love writing about what I want to write about, but there's something to be said for writing as a member of a team. There's a comradery there that I sometimes miss when I'm upstairs in my house and writing alone.
